Hosts Germany joined by 20 teams

The UEFA European Qualifiers Play-offs will take place on March 26th and 28th, 2023. The 12 teams that finished 2nd in their respective groups at the end of the qualifying round will compete for the remaining 3 places available in the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament. The playoffs were drawn into three paths, with each path containing one team from each of the three seeding pots. The first-seeded teams will host the second-seeded teams in the semi-finals, while the third-seeded teams will host the second-seeded teams in the finals. The winners of each path will qualify for EURO 2024. If the game is level after 90 minutes, extra time will be played, followed by a penalty shootout if necessary.

Ukraine qualify for Euro 2024 Ukraine have qualified for the Euro 2024 soccer finals after beating Iceland 2-1 in the playoffs on Tuesday. The victory gives Ukraine a much-needed emotional boost after a difficult year which has seen the country invaded by Russia.
